Refund policy

Because Panda Beer is a perishable alcoholic product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit if your order:

  • Arrives damaged,

  • Is faulty or unsafe, or

  • Is not what you ordered.

How to claim

  • Contact us at hello@pandabeer.com.au within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue (photos may be required).

  • If approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
